Juno Dynapok Epoxy Enamel
Epoxy enamel - two component polyamide, with excellent hardness and adhesion. Ideal for surfaces that require a smooth and shiny finish. Certified by the EPD-DAP (Environmental Product Declaration): enables a sustainable building according to LEED and BREEAM standards.

Preparation
METALLIC SURFACES. They must be free of grease, rust and calamine to later prime with PRIMER DYNAPOK 2 / C (Cod 22.722). After 24 hours, apply the DYNAPOK 2 / C enamel. CONCRETE SURFACES. Wait until fully set (min 1 month). The surface must be completely dry. Pavement moisture should not exceed 4%, measured 2 cm deep. The surface must be firm and clean of dust, grout or grease and poorly adhered parts. Minimum tensile strength 15 kg / cm². In order to achieve good adhesion of the paint film on the concrete surface, it must be rough and free from grease, rubber, curing agents, whitewash and any foreign material. Surface preparation must be done with a specialized machine, by milling or shot blasting. Vacuum the dust until it is completely eliminated
Use
INTERIOR
Recommended as a finishing enamel in epoxy processes for the protection of metallic surfaces, exposed to eventual contact with grease, certain acids or dilute alkalis. It is widely used in concrete floors in indoor parking lots, garages, laboratories, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, sugar and oil refineries, electroplating workshops, mechanics and in general in all types of industrial floors, both new and old. Not recommended for painting surfaces with tar and / or bituminous asphalt coatings.
Application
Metallic surfaces: short hair roller, brush and spray gun. Concrete surfaces. Normally there are at least two layers: the first diluted with 15% solvent D - 90 (Cod 50.010), and the second with 10%. If maximum chemical resistance is desired, a third coat should be applied. The time between the different layers should not be less than 24 hours or more than 72 hours.
