How do I pay my fees?

The first installment will be charged after completing the financing request. The following fees will be charged by Paga + Tarde - Pagantis automatically on the card that you register for the contract.

What type of bank card do I need to use Paga + Tarde - Pagantis?

The first installment of Paga + Tarde - Pagantis can be paid using any type of Spanish national bank card. The following fees can be made through any debit card. If during the hiring process you provide the data of a credit card, you must modify the data for a debit card for the payment of the following fees. In accordance with VISA and Mastercard regulations, you cannot use a credit card to pay for financing.

If I have made the payment of the first installment by credit card, how do I add my debit card?

To change the card, you only have to access "My account" with your ID and password. Then click on "Your cards" and then on "Add card".

Since when can I repay or advance my monthly payments?

As of the day after the approval of the financing, you will be able to advance or amortize your installments.

Can I advance my pending payments?

Of course. From Paga + Tarde - Pagantis you can repay all your pending payments at any time and finalize your financing. In case of advancing all the installments, the total pending interest will decrease, paying only the interest in relation to the time the financing is active.

What happens if I return the product I have purchased?

Don't worry, it will follow the same process as a normal return. We will refund all the money paid so far and the outstanding capital will be canceled.

Are there additional costs if I am late in paying any of the fees?

In the event that Paga + Tarde - Pagantis cannot fully or partially charge any of the monthly payments, it will have to pay a penalty of € 20 for unpaid installment, up to a maximum of € 40. In addition, for each day of delay in the payment of the installments, you must pay a default interest on the amount of the pending financing of 2% higher than the APR In no case, this interest will be higher than 25% APR
